When I started this blog, we were Fulltime RV'ers. We have since settled down in a house in Northern California and am now quilting again. Since we are not traveling anymore, I will continue the blog in the quilting mode. When life gives you scraps, make quilts.

Summer of '09
I've finished a couple more quilts. One for brother in law Ronald McDonald which I gave to him when he came to visit yesterday. I call Ronald's quilt " Yankee Doodle Dandy" because it has that Civil War era look.
The other I made for a breast cancer event. The Pink, black and white quilt was raffled off at the " Tough Enough To Wear Pink" rodeo in Bremerton, Washington with all proceeds going to breast cancer victims to help pay for their treatment and other needs while fighting this disease.
